Program Requirements
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
| ✓ | Platinum Installers must be licensed, bonded, and insured. |
| ✓ | Current COI with limits of $1 million and general aggregate of $2 million. |
| ✓ | Business must be established for a minimum of five years. |
PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
| ✓ | Contractor will provide purchase history annually in order to re-qualify for the program the following year. |
| ✓ | Purchases to ramp up per year: |
• Year 1 - Ramped volume expected to be $75,000
