Highlights From IWF Atlanta 2026

The International Woodworking Fair (IWF) is always a chance to see what’s next in woodworking and design. This year, our experiential booth brought together fabricators, architects, designers, and other industry professionals around a shared focus: high-performance surface innovations that solve real challenges. Explore the highlights to learn more.

New surfaces. New solutions.

One of the biggest highlights was the positive response to our recently launched Wilsonart® HPL designs. The 21 new designs were created for layered, versatile interiors — including eleven evocative woodgrains, six small-scale linear patterns, and four textile-inspired designs. Together, they are a flexible foundation for any commercial environment, with warm and cool undertones that make it easier to coordinate and build visual depth.

The result is a collection curated to solve and simplify the entire commercial design process.

Giving designers the freedom to layer, coordinate, contrast, and create — and giving fabricators the ability to uphold the original vision with visual consistency across large runs.

IWF attendees also got an exclusive preview of upcoming Wilsonart® Solid Surface designs, launching in early 2027. The new designs were shown publicly for the first time at our booth! Visitors had the unique chance to see what’s coming and experience the possibilities of a material engineered to perform at virtually any scale. Stay tuned for more.

A legacy of innovation. On display.

There was plenty to explore beyond the latest designs. Visitors could experience our broader catalog, including Wilsonart® Adhesives, Wilsonart® Coordinated Surfaces, our industry-first no-repeat woodgrains, Thinscape® Composite Tops, and ultra-matte Traceless™ finishes.

Throughout the show, our friends at Black Bros Co. even ran their laminating and coating machinery using high-performance Wilsonart Adhesives and HPL. These live demonstrations gave attendees a firsthand look at how the materials perform in real-world manufacturing applications.

In addition to our product solutions, IWF was an incredible opportunity to connect with professionals. Fabricators shared the challenges they encounter on the shop floor. Designers explored new ways to bring texture, pattern, and nature-inspired materials into their projects. Industry partners exchanged ideas about what’s changing and what’s coming next.

We also hosted a complimentary luncheon for professionals — one of our favorite traditions when the Wilsonart team attends IWF. It’s a great opportunity to listen to stories, enjoy a meal, and learn new perspectives about our always-evolving industry. Most discussions during the luncheon were inspired by our fundamental goal at the show — showing pros how the right surfaces can make a job easier while guaranteeing timeless design, performance, and reliability in any space.

For 70 years, Wilsonart has been guided by this goal. We engineer intelligence, precision, and deep understanding into surfaces designed for real life. And we are thrilled to continue building this legacy alongside the industry professionals and partners who rely on our solutions. We hope to see you at shows in the future!
